We very much appreciated Jeremy's knowledge on Real Estate, his focus on looking out for his clients' interest. He listened to comments when we looked at houses; and was incredibly patient at traveling to different locations as we established distances & narrowed down local. We had seen the house we just bought & planned to view it as an open house over the w/e. Jeremy encouraged us to tour it the afternoon it became active, (requiring his time) & the house had 2 offers in 24 hrs; one being ours as he had the paperwork done the same day we toured it. He's conscientious with a very high work ethic; (but not pushy) we absolutely recommend him.

He stayed on top of the settlement even when there were a couple little issues with the loans he got it accomplished in time for the settlement and everything went very smoothly.
